1. To book a session and reserve time and day, I will require a deposit of £35 to be paid via bank transfer. Remainder of the price agreed to be paid by cash on the day of the photo session.
2. In the event that the client needs to amend the booking date/time, 24 hours’ notice must be provided.
3. Deposit is fully refundable in the event of notice of cancellation. Such cancellation and return of deposit require a min of 24 hours’ notice prior to the session.
4. Photo session takes place at your preferred location around Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield, Alfreton. For further location additional change may be added to cover fuel cost.
5. All images supplied are in high quality and digital format only.
6. Waiting time for your photos is up to 10 working days. Within that time you will receive online gallery from where you can choose your photos. All images are downloadable and will be delivered to you online. For receiving printed images waiting time is up to 20 working days and they will be sent via post.
7. There is a possibility to order high quality prints, wall arts etc for additional price that will be quoted for you upon request.
8. If you need your images urgently, I can offer your chosen fully edited images within 2-3 days of the session for an additional cost of £40.
9. Images may be used on the Anna Lojek-Davey Photography website/social media for promoting purposes.
